...The Premier (J.G, HHS Div.) has an extensive background in politics.

#2: Moderatism & Conservatism: Using conservatism as a base-line while listening to others views is something the Premier does. This ensures that your opinion matters within Reform.

#3: Respect: The Premier doesn't hold absolute power because he isn't a dictator, per the Reform constitution, but this matters either way: As stated before, having a differing opinion from the Premier doesn't lose you respect from the Premier. Noted by many close allies whom range from center-left even to far left as 'accepting of others views' and 'quite persuasive'
