The Premier holds executive powers. They can act as an express-method of passing new laws within Reform itself. However, this does NOT give the Premier full reign! The Reform Council can overrule the Premier in a super-majority vote. (2/3 majority)... This will be very easy to do, and will always keep the Premier tame.

The Reform Party council can vote on what to do and what not to do. Who to endorse and who to condemn... It can do a lot, but it obviously cant overreach, like kicking half the whole party out or something like that... This whole system ensures Reform fits its agenda of being fair and safe for all members.
